Intensive Courses (Automatic) in Allerton

Lessons can be paid individually before each session or in advance as a block for a saving. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash. We never require large upfront payments and all unused prepaid time is refundable.

The UK practical test lasts approximately 40 minutes and includes an eyesight check, Show Me Tell Me vehicle safety questions, around 20 minutes of independent driving, and one reverse manoeuvre. You receive your result immediately from the examiner at the end.

Learners who commit to regular sessions — two to three hours per week — are typically test-ready within six to twelve months. Intensive learners can reach test standard in a matter of weeks. Your instructor gives you an honest personal estimate as you develop.

Yes, as long as it meets DVSA requirements: valid insurance covering a learner, L-plates front and rear, and an additional mirror for the examiner. Most pupils prefer to use their instructor's car on test day for familiarity and confidence.
